spotlessly clean bathroom good size kitchen street noise hard bed
the suite was really nice. i was upgraded to a two-room suite, lovely. the kitchen had a good size and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.
The bed was very hard. It needs improvement. the room was also warm. opening the window resulted in hearing street noise (mostly shouting).

spacious apartment, great location
ideal location nearby pub grocery stores spacious apartment
The location was ideal. I found many of the sights i wanted to visit within walking distance. the historic brazen head pub is nearby, along with several grocery stores. there is a washer and dryer in the apartment (i appreciated this a lot) and washing pods were provided. the apartment was spacious for the four of us.
i found that the doors in the apartment closed automatically unless you propped them open with something. with characters outside our window, i didn't want to leave windows open. this meant it was uncomfortably warm in the apartment bedrooms, even though it was not hot .

the hotel features full apartments and full kitchen facilities, very convenient. there is also a parking garage in the basement, with a 24/7 reception desk.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. i was able to store luggage (very helpful) and book in early for a little extra money. they provided assistance with directions as well.

the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped and clean (i appreciated the attention to detail). having a kitchen. i found it easy to prepare small meals.

the central location meant everything was within walking distance, a big plus. off street parking was available, though i found it came at a reasonable price. the location was great.

comfortable bed friendly service
the hotel offered necessary facilities. beds were comfortable and i rested well. the staff was super helpful (they gave great recommendations). i appreciated the friendly service i received.
the unit's design could use some improvements. i noticed there were no electrical outlets near mirrors. this made using styling tools difficult.

the kitchen included an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. ample dish washer tablets were provided. the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.

early check in street noise
The location was GREAT and the staff were nice.
i was disappointed I couldn't check in early. I paid for this early check in. The room was also very warm. opening the window made it very noisy outside.
